There, he helped to develop the procedures and processes that result in an empathetic and highly responsive team of engineers. The relationships that he developed with clients there because of his personal, empathetic approach to serving the needs of businesses are evident in the growth that the company experienced when he was on the team. Now, as CEO of Capstone IT Florida, he is able to replicate those practices as he builds partnerships with clients on the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches.

Bryan McAninley is the COO of CAPTSTONE IT. Before joining the partnership with Michael Borlaug, Bryan was the owner of BMAC Consulting, Inc., a computer consulting firm that he started in 2001. Walking away from corporate America to start his own company was perhaps the most frightening thing he had ever done. Free from the red tape of larger corporations with a growing family to support, he quickly learned the most important aspect of a business – building relationships with clients and delivering on expectations. Luckily for him, this came naturally. His unique ability to take highly technical information and explain it in an easily understood language for his clients is how he did it. People would call him for his computer expertise and would gain a friend in the process. The friendships he has made over the decades have allowed him to
guide his clients to make well informed IT decisions.
